SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

We offer FREE shipping on all Ebike orders, and you should receive your order in about 3–7 working days.

We ship to the following EU countries:  

Denmark, Bulgaria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland, Greece, Poland, Portugal, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Luxembourg, Austria, France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Slovenia, Slovakia, Estonia, Romania, Ireland, Sweden, Spain, Croatia, Cyprus, Malta.

(Remote areas and islands are not within the delivery range.)

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Orders Processing Time

We take 1~2 business days for processing orders and upload tracking number within 48 Hours.

 

Shipping Time

The shipping time usually takes 3-7 business days, depends on local delivery speed and weather, which we cannot fully control.

When your order is shipped out, a notification with tracking info will be sent to the e-mail registered with order on our website.

Note: Select items marked as "Special Order" are shipped directly from our overseas warehouse and may require extended delivery times (up to 60–70 business days). These items are clearly marked on the product page.
